Wooffy Terms of Use

1. The service

V Communication Co., Ltd. ("we") provides Wooffy (the "App"). The App is free to use, and an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Wooffy Plus", adds more features. The features included in Wooffy Plus (for example, some training courses, vaccine and parasite reminders, multiple dogs, vet visit records and the weight chart) may change as the App improves.

2. Subscriptions and payment

- Subscriptions are charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- If a free trial is offered, a paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation and refunds follow the policies and account settings of each store.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for collecting and using any information you enter, including information about third parties, lawfully.

4. Limitation of liability

Output created by the App is based on your input. We do not guarantee its accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Deleting your account

You can stop using the App at any time via Settings > Delete account (before subscribing, "Delete account" on the paywall), either deleting only this App's data or deleting your account completely in all of our apps. If you delete only this App's data, data in our other apps that use the same account is deleted separately in each app. Cancel your subscription separately in the store.

6. Age requirement

The service is not intended for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 14, we delete it without delay.
